Applicants, adoption coordinators and dogs meet in park like settings or your backyard. Unlike adoption events, this allows you and the dog to spend ample time together, go for a short or long walk, provides lots of space in lieu of Covid, allowing you to bring family including children and your current dogs if appropriate. One of these locations may work for you and the adoption coordinator.
